The programs I like to have handy are, CPU-Z: it lets you know everything about your CPU like temp and voltage plus more (very nice if your over clocking), GPU-Z: similar to CPU-Z only for your GPUs, Real Temp: lets you know what your cores are running at temp wise. As far as temps, well lets just say no more 70* C+ for this guy! Got my water block installed on my first 570! Gaming that card never breaks 43*C.
