Do you have on board video ? That could explain it >onboard video takes away from main memory. It isnt something you set in the bios. Except for video ram. Go into the control panel and click on System and see what it says you have for memory in there. Let me know. Ive never payed much attention to task manager as far as reading the amount of memory it displays.
