    Muting weapons

    Hey guys!
I've got a question about can does and cant does.
I know you can't swear or cuss, you can speed orb in the basement, I think you cant put up any invisible slams (Right?) but can you mute weapons? I've heard that if you open your flashlight as you fire or right after you fired the gun makes no sound, unless it is a machine gun with repetitive firing. (so you could do that for an orb). Is this allowed?

no one said anythign about not being able to speed orb in the base. we dont want someone to stand at the table inside of base where orbs spawn and speed orb out the door. if u wanna stand at the door in hallway and orb thats fine. and if u wanna flash ur flashlight and let everyone know where u are go ahead.

King's right. Orb all you want if there's an enemy there but don't stand where they spawn and spam them out the door. As for the flashlight thing, yes it does work if you turn your flashlight on then fire immediately after, but it kinda lets everyone know where you are.

    Okay thanks guys!!
How about putting SLAMs at unsuspecting places, like at the top of a ladder, in the basement behing some ammo, or at the top of the lift of the house in the courtyard?

What about putting them on the portal exits. In the crossbow tower, for instance.

Seriously. You would think valve would work out some of these bugs. Being a fellow starcraft player I am sure you remember a lot of the exploits from that game. Only difference is, blizzard works out those things constantly.
