I posted a video in another thread. We need to find a game that the clan can get behind, one that has proper PC development.

We need to start discussing and investigating these games to see what we think will be best for clan. Something that is fun, supports 3rd party servers, Procon, etc. We might not be able to get all the answers yet, but we can find out as much as possible.

Its really a bad game, I've worked with some of their developers, and I don't recommend because right now its really bad, not optimize and if you have AMD CPU you can't run it, its just a waste of money.

Well after frosty and cobras comments i've soured on it. was going to take a look at it but now I guess i'm back to red storm 2: vietnam which looks more like Battlefield, or at least what BF is today.

Rising storm 2 btw not red , I played the first one and red orchestra 2 a little bit and enjoyed both of them, I'm definitely going to pick up rising storm 2 because I'm a sucker for Vietnam stuff.

Every time I put 'red storm 2" into google it pulled up the game and i never noticed it was the wrong title, you freakin little nazi.

My understanding, after hearing a comment from one of the devs, is that it doesn't take as much to put someone down, that there are less HP envolved. Is that accurate?

Yeah it's more on the realistic side but that also goes for guns and stuff too you don't get to carry a lot of ammo or weapons and you ain't gonna be beating a sniper at range with an assault rifle. I'd say the first one played like a slightly more realistic BF2 but not as realistic as arma. Oh did I mention it has gore?

Even though I've stated my thoughts on the game I figured I'd let you guys know if you haven't found out already that squad is having a free weekend and will be 50% off this weekend if anyone wanted to give it a shot. https://joinsquad.com/readArticle?articleId=128 I might be taking another look at it as well to see if it's changed.

Squad is highly enjoyable, but Red Orchestra 2 is one of the best shooters I've played. Lots slower than Battlefield, but devs are great and PC-focused.
