No, it's a demo. He used demo's of the matches to make the video.

but i have been paying for less that a year and I don't know what a demo is. Ive searched on forums and found nothing of any relevance. What is a demo?

You can record yourself (or others if you are in spectate) which creates a file on your local computer. In this case Josh used a demo that was created by a automated camera man using sourcetv. You can google sourcetv and learn about it if you wish.
