Ordered the new AMD FX 6200 CPU...

It was $10 off on Satuday and Sunday with free shipping...might as well get it seeings how I have the Asus Sabertooth 990 FX mobo..ill let you know how it works.

i got the FX-4100 in my freenas server, works a heck of a lot faster then the duel opteron that used to be in its place. could not beat it for the price ($100 for the CPU and motherboard)
for what i have it doing it works great!

OK doky, other than getting PB kicked after the upgrade(thanks Plum for helping on this), this processor rocks! It runs around 10 degrees cooler than my 965. The usage of the cores went from 90%+ in game to the 6 cores running around 55-60% in game. My ping went from, I think around 30ish-40 down to the low 20's.(Thanks Plum for noticing this). I set my setting to Ultra on BF3 and was totally amazed at how it looked. Still smooth as silk and even at Medium settings, image was better. I really do like this AMD FX 6200, smokes my 965 B.E. This 6200 is also a black edition so you can overclock it, but im not going to, I have no reason to do it at this time.

i'll be upgrading cpus pretty soon as well my 955 is a little outdated as well
