I dont know how much more of origin i can take.

well this morning as i was checking over a few bank statements, i come to find out that origin charged me 3 times!!
currently waiting on customer service to get back to me, i would start double checking your transactions if i were you.

He probably ordered through Origin. I pre ordered 2 copies and was charged only 2x like was supposed to so.

same with me, when i preordered i was chared 59.99.

1 day after BF3 came out i was charged 59.99 again

so i talked to ea, and they said i have to take it up with my credit card holder. i don't understand why they can't fix a mistake they made....
so i have to wait until its actually posted to my account (currently the extra payment is pending) before i can dispute it. i will not be using origin again. i'll buy it from the store.

When i bought BC2 from EA, they only charged me once on my credit card, but they never gave me a download link or a serial key... It took customer support 5 days to help me >.>

Things like this happen more often then you think, newegg does it from time to time (Did it to me with Windows Vista when I preordered it) It's a simple issue of an automated task going a tad haywire which, how often do programs go haywire? amirite? As per their inability to reverse the charge, this much is true, they can't cancel the charge without the bank consent, and the bank won't cancel a charge unless you say something happened, if you're banking with a competent bank it's as simple as calling them once it's posted, informing them that they double charged you, and your bank will simply and easily reverse the charge. It will take all of about 15 minutes (Not including hold times) and you'll be on your merry way 60 richer. Now their nice issue with activation which coincidently took place at the same day as the BF3 launch is another story.
