LOL At The 3 other Steam Groups

I'm about to contact the guy who created our logo and thought you'd be interested to see his 'clan awards' page where his header logo shows 3 of the medals he made for us.

and on his portfolio page he has our logo.

I sent an email to the guy who created the logo to see if he'd be willing to back up our claim as to who owns the art.

Well he has a copyright at the bottom of his webpage. He may copyright his art, and in that case those steam groups can get in trouble for using without permission.

Guys.. I wouldn't get lawyers involved.

I've got a lawyer for a Dad so. . . .If we need some legal advice let me know and I'll get whatever info we need. I reported them all to steam today, I know other people have also but the images are still up and having some noobs like these guys taking our name and images could do nothing but hurt us in the future. Lets say these guys are cheaters? and someone plays with them and notices they cheat, then they see one of our banners or ads up somewhere and start spreading the word that TKC cheats or whatever the case maybe. We can NOT allow people to infringe on our image no matter how small they may seem, we cannot afford to be associated with deuche bags. If the images are not removed I will be emailing Steam everyday until they are removed and i suggest that some of you do the same ( not everyday of course just a single email). If those images aren't removed in a week I'll contact my dad and ask him to site me some legal notices and send those to steam and see what they say then! This clan is more than just a regular old clan, we are a business who needs revenue to continue operating. So are we going to allow this to continue? i sure hope not, I think of all of you as my online brothers and i will not allow anyone to bad mouth or impersonate us in any manner.
