lol, being that muscular the meat is probably kind of tough. My fav beef is japanese colby beef! beer feed cows. . . mmmmmmmmmmmm tasty.

So i come from a mexican family, and like, my family likes to make every part of the cow. (IDK why, but lots of people find it really gross..again, i dont see why..)

So yeah, last night we had a family gathering, and we had: cow brain and cow tongue. (Along with other mexican dishes, but those 2 were the ones i wanted to bring out.)

anyways, im the type of guy who loves food and will try just about anything. "Don't bump it unless you've tried it." Is what i usually say. the saying usually takes me to weird places/foods, but meh..

anyways, cow tongue/brain was like..REALLY super good...i think i like those parts more than the whole cow! I mean, it was damn good! now..i wonder what a buffed up/steroid up cow's tongue/brain would taste like..hmmm...
