Active Military

I've got a question, are there any active navy personnel in this clan. Reason i am asking is that i would like to find out if my sister in-laws boyfriend is really active or in the navy at all. He's a dead beat dad to her kid and says he's always getting deployed, so he can't pay child support. I just wanted to see if there was a way to find out if he's even in the navy at all.

im not shure but i think you can see in public recoreds go tot the court house since he works for gov.

If he's not making payments you can go to the courts to garnish wages straight from pay check, tax returns, etc.

If you know where he is stationed, and knows what unit he is in, she can call the base operator, usually xxx.1110 will get you the operator and just ask for the CO of the unit, and she can speak directly to his commander, that will usually get things moving. If it's proven he's the father and he is not paying child support they will take it directly out of his check before he even gets it. She is entitled to the dependant portion of his housing allowance, which they will take directly out of his check also. deployments have nothing to do with in ability to pay, if he is being deployed as much as he says, he's probably making additional income because of that. all active military get paid on the first and 15th of every month.

Yeah but it seems like they don't even know if he's actually in the Navy.

i believe you can go to a recruiters office and look it up, or find someone in the navy and look it up on the navy AKO personal accounts. i could do that in the army.
