    HECK YES.

Just looked them up on newegg. They're $730. that's cheaper than the 5970 on release.

the 5970 never went that low...and there's only ONE 5970 left on Newegg...and it's $909.99 because it comes with a freaking gun-style case and it's the eyefinity 6 edition. You're gonna wait till you turn to dust if you wait for that much of a price drop :icon_razz:

My point exactly, I'd never spend that much on a video card in my current situation. My absolute limit would be $300, anything above that I wouldn't even consider. I want to get the most for my dollar, but I could get a new TV for the price of one of those cards. It's not a smart purchase for me. If I made $250,000 a year, then it would be chump change, and I'd have no issue spending that much. A 6950 is what I would be willing to buy right now, but I would probably wait for them to drop below $200 first.

Sometimes measuring the bottleneck can be interpreted in so many ways. The only Thing ATI can render better then Nvidia is BSoD.
