Ok it came in

This i5 model is a dual-core, not quad, but it's still very good for the price.

All LAPTOP i5s are dual core
All DESKTOP i5 are duals except for the i5-750

anyway, I think it can run BC2 just fine on low settings. I scanned it with SystemRequirementsLab's Can You Run It? program, and the only reason it failed the test was because the graphics processor is not NVIDIA or ATI. In fact, the pixel shader and memory are higher than the required. look lol:

Yeah, but there's a big difference between shared video RAM and dedicated.

It plays HL2DM fine, I haven't tried anything else. I hate playing on a laptop, but it does work.

well this is a heck of a lot better than my desktop or even my old laptop. on my desktop I would get 30-45 fps average in flem's. On this new one I get 100-250 average.

Hm. i have no clue if you will able to run BC2. I run ~600 FPS in Flems and run smooth in BC2 on medium settings.

I can probably run it in the lowest settings.

Crimson, what resolution are you running it at?
On my new geforce 220GT, i only get ~200FPS but everything is at max and its 1920x1080...

I would imagine it will be able to handle BC2, at low settings just cause I don't think that graphics card can handle too much but all the rest of it is plenty good to be able to run the game. Now running the game on high visual settings is a different story...

Lol i'm talking about HL2DM. I haven't bought BC2 yet.
