Sometimes measuring the bottleneck can be interpreted in so many ways. The only Thing ATI can render better then Nvidia is BSoD.

BTW, a windows password wont change anything, they could still tamper with it, to install linux, you turn on the computer, insert disc and there you go.

So i would recommend a a BIOS password. So everytime you turn on the computer, you must enter that password. The only way to reset this password is by moving some pins on the mobtherboard, which i doubt that your brother knows hwo to do..lol

    lol...k
I found a great windows hax, download Backtrack 4
    Burn to CD
    boot up
type a few lines of code
(it will replace some DLLs and shortcuts)
then when you boot up to windows
    press Windows Button + U
    and it automatically logs in
(i think you replace windows magnifier with explorer.exe..soemthing liek that)

    Okay. I hoping this works..lol
If not, boot up ubuntu, and copy all of your important files to a flash drive...then re-install windows.

If you have the Windows 7 install disk and not just a recovery disk you would have.
