News about our servers

As many of you know or have guessed, our new servers have disappeared. That includes our CTF and COD4 servers that were being used. It also includes TF2, UT2004, and CSS. I'm afraid I don't have any news about the last three games I mentioned but I do have good news about the first two...

Thanks to Josh we now have a 20 slot COD4 server. Josh updated the server to 1.7 and updated punkbuster as well. I have gotten the server as far as map rotations, console messages, etc, back to where our old server was. I have also updated Ultrastats so that it is now pulling from our new server so the elite rankings for COD4 now represent the stats from the new server. Thanks to Josh for helping us out.

CTF, I plan to get us a new CTF server hopefully today. Once I have made the purchase and have it up and running I will update this thread. We WILL have a CTF server by Weds so there should be no interruption in our Wed night get togethers.

Hey come on guys.. Josh is spending money for a 20 slot server for US to enjoy, I really think we should say 'thank you'. Josh did this after Kingloser and myself asked him if he could help out, and he did. Josh has shown great dedication to the clan and now pays for 2 different servers, I for one appreciate what he's doing. So even if you don't have COD4, lets all say thank you. Thanks Josh.

More news, we now have a new 12 slot CTF server. I still need to do some configuration on it, but we have it and will be able to play on it Weds.

In addition, I have removed (hidden) the forums for TF2 and UT2004 since we don't have servers for those right now.

Thanks for the server. I not sure if anyone saw me on COD last night but I know for sure van did he killed me about 300times . I know I shot Josh in the back once had no idea he was on my team sorry for that.. so now How the Frick do you play this game ???? do you just jump in and start shooting or play single shooter first ...\
Any input would help and I know i will improve so bear with me ....

For those of you trying to get on the server and have not ugraded the patch to 1.7 you will need to if your games is below that . Mine was a 1.6.. you can find it in the help section that came with the game .. Once on the website go to custmer support... it will then direct you to a 3rd party where you will find the patch.

I hope this hasnet confused anyone.. took me 3 hrs to figure it out

Yeah I saw you playing. I think I said something about it's sometimes hard to hear.

I actually played the single player about 4 months ago, it only takes a day. So it might be a good idea to go thru that. As for the patches, I will provide links here:

Yeah those punks messed up my stats. I'd been doing well up until the talent showed up.

Thanks Van K ... I know this it was busy . I spent more time dead than alive LOL . I was happy the game / match or what ever its called ended so i could get the heak out of there.

I'd like to say a big thank you to Josh for spendiing his birthday money into creating a COD4 server. That really shows how dedicated you are to our clan. When I get my upgrades I will be joining all of you on there. With my ping (still around 300) I tried a "Free-for-All" server and it was ridiculous with the lag. I think I ended up with 12 kills and 67 deaths B-) I'm sure those stats make all of you tremble in your boots.
