That makes it sound like every TKC member has been breaking rules for a long time without anybody doing anything, i think most TKC members behave good and have done a nice job reporting people not behaving too, about TKC disciplining other members, it started since the clan was created..and since any member joined...it's all common sence...not only non-members should be disciplining but members too, and we all should know that already, like i said...since you joined the clan.. and it shouldn't feel weird if we all have behaved properly and have shown a good example...

I too romanticize the past :icon_teeth:

We shouldnt have to be disiplined (NOTE: when i say that, we should always be behaved :icon_teeth: )

Sometimes measuring the bottleneck can be interpreted in so many ways. The only Thing ATI can render better then Nvidia is BSoD.

    Re: Banning TKC members

Im going to jump in here and add this ... I dont feel like coming in the server and seeing it 4v5 and then leaving and comming back in and now its 5v4 because there is someone you like on the other team... I will switch you no matter what TAG you wear and will not feel like I have to explain myself ....
Alot of the time what happens is the team with 4 will have 123 points and the team with 5 only has 60 points just because your TKC use some common sence. if its about team play then stick it out with the team your on... I will also start banning when it happens again..
We also have some players that ask the best player to come to there team when the teams are uneven.. even though the score is 100 to 23 and the teams are 3 v 5 .. PPL crash all the time and they come back in and it blances itself out .. and if you can read it says no team switch unless asked by and admin. there fore if an admin is present we will make sure the teams stay balanced and fair...
Most of you would have it set you play a round where all the best are on one team and the score is 148 to 16 and your on the winning team... then its over and you end up with a crap team you split.. players like that are no fun to play around
We have one TKC member that cant play with out the base and when all his team in in the base he yells at them to leave the base and fight...
I know its an ever changing world but whats going on ... Some of you think that just because you have to Tag gives you the right to do what ever you feel . and here s the bottom line for me ... I love being TKC and the reason Im love it is because its a fun place to play with ppl that are fun to play with where the only thing between us is the skills we improve and the systems we run on . So if you want to come and have fun the come one come all .... if you think you dont have to follow the rules maybe you should look somewhere else...

No one is above breaking any established rules on the TKC servers. If they do... NO DOUBT, they should expect to suffer the consequences no matter who they are. Thus thinkist the Pajamas :) .

Glad everybody jumped so quickly to comment about my misbehavior. I understand, being the first person to have been banned as a TKC member, that I was used as an example through the forums in order to shed some light to the other members. The fact that I was used as an example, and not just told this in private like adults, suggests that other people too have something to learn from my fouls. Its easy to poke comments from the sidelines when it is not you under the microscope. I am by no means justifying my misconduct. I was wrong and will look back at this experience for insight.

Don't worry about it Nem. No one was condemning you. Yes, you were used as an example that no one is above the rules. I don't think anyone else's comment's were directed at you or your particular situation, just everyone's opinion's about the topic in general.

That being said, I too will agree that your name being put out there may have not been the best way to bring it up.

DonJuan is right, everyone's comments are about the situation and not your particular situation. I disagree that it shouldn't of been brought up and your name attached to it.

What others don't know is that this has come up with you before, and that wasn't posted on the forums. How many times do we allow someone to break the rules before we take it to the next level to attempt an attitude change? I guess in my mind that number has been met.

If this was one of our younger members would you have subjected them to the same thing??? Doubt it. Although yes this has been a concern with me before the issues with me were few and far between. Any other time I made a similar mistake I learned from it and did well for a while. I had a momentary time of regression and if told in private about the severity of the situation along with the penalty I would have learned as easily as being outed on the forums.

By the way... Just so nobody is offended by my lack of talking to them in the servers. I removed the 'y' and 'v' keys to prevent me from fouling again while at the same time providing me the time needed to learn.

What makes you think I wouldn't of done the same thing for anyone if they had previously been warned? I don't have it out for you as you are a long time member. I will treat people the same.

Regardless, it's over and I appreciate your attempts to fix it. I also understand its habit to press the comm button whenever you open your mouth. I swear I will open the comm when i sneeze or cough.. it's just habit.

And I would like anyone else to see how nemesis is trying to fix the issue. He didn't just say 'sorry' and move on, he's trying to correct the habit to be within the guidelines we set. I think that is commendable and a good lesson to others if this comes up again.
