HLstatsX CE Update

From now on we will retain award and ribbon information instead of deleting at the start of each month. Currently, because we clear out that information the awards and ribbons earned really don't mean too much. As it is, CE has some really need awards you can win and things to shoot for. Such as, lets take the crowbar for example.. if you win the daily award for that 3 times you win a special ribbon, 7 times a bronze ribbon, 12 times a silver all the way up to 17 wins u get the supreme ribbon. Also there is a global award for whoever has the most kills total for all time. Anyway, I thought it would be fun if we maintained that information instead of blowing it off.

The automated job that will clear out and reset our hlstatsx each month was written by me. I have tested it but not since I have made a couple of these changes so there is a chance that it could get hosed on Nov 1st. If it does, I will fix it so that it works correctly on Dec 1st.

It appears that it did not retain global awards after the monthly reset. I have posted a msg to the hlstatsx ce devs to see if it is possible to retain this information as well as the ribbons you have won. I have a feeling though that in order for me to retain global awards (which is simply, for instance, who has the most shotgun kills all-time), I will have to write some code.
