Case Preference

My new rig (one mth old) has a Full ATX Rosewill Thor case. I love it, but it's really big, and really heavy. I've been looking into doing a 180 and going to MicroATX cases. I would need a new case and new mobo, which together is $130, not bad. But not sure if my R9 390 would fit :/

Anyone find a case size that they really like? Full, Mid, Mini, Micro, etc?

I always get mid due to restrictions on my office furniture, but it seems to work out fine for me.

This is the case I went with on my latest build. I really like it, plenty of room for what I want and then some. Downfall, it is huge....

You plan on building dual pc's in that tower. Look's like it's designed for that.

depends on what the pc is for. My main rig is in a corsair 800d and my living room pc is in a raven rvz01b . I am really happy with both of them.

I like mid towers personally but if I went with a tiny case it would probably be an NZXT Manta it's a pretty new case but looks really cool and I watched someone fit a gtx asus matrix 980 in it so it should hold a 390 no problem but the case itself is 139$ so you would end up spending quite a bit more then you were originally planning. This is my current mid tower http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6811139025 that is only 70$, it's pretty small compared to my old coolermaster haf-x but that thing was a giant so not really a fair comparison lol.

Yeah, I'm kinda partial to white cases, i like the clean look of it. I mean everyone has a black case nowadays...

Yes it is designed to do that. The thought has crossed my mind many times. However I don't think I will. I want to do a custom water cooling set up in the case. The room I have in the other side is perfect to place my pump and res.

My other PC I built when Sandy Bridge first came out uses a Corsair 800D. Love that tower. That has a custom water cooling set up in it.

Yeah, I'm wanting to put a 390 in a Micro-ATX, such as one of these...
