But loading time is very long~~!! (maybe 4~5 minute??) I feel bf4's Game performance like bt3. so I can good play.
but I didn't know why long loading time... I can't waiting...
as a result, I refund battle field 4.

(my computer spec : i7-2600k, ram 6GB, GTX550ti)

SSD should not be required but obviously would increase performance. You can also get 2 x 7200 RPM drives and raid them for a more cost effective setup.

yeah initially when loading BF4 maps they will take a while to load with a standard drive.. once you have loaded them once though they should be cached on your hard drive which makes the load time a little faster.. but yeah An SSD drive definitely increases the load time for the game.. almost twice as fast as someone without an SSD.. but its not required to play the game..

I was using an HHD with BF4 and installed BF4 on an SSD. It made a great difference. Load time is about 20-30 seconds every time. :icon_eek:

BF4 needs an SSD, anyone moving from mechanical to Solid State would probabally agree, the game is massive ...

It used to be that if you put money into your computer, you might be rewarded in your gameplay (among other things)... so YA, upgrading to a faster SSD would mean that you would load faster, be one of the first ready for the map, and be able to get the pick of the vehicle of your choice. Alas, that turned out not to be fair, so DICE decided to put the 'READY' box after you load up, making you wait for all the slow people to load -- so the reward you get by upgrading to an SSD is a STOP LIGHT.. yeaaaaeehhh ! ... and don't even get me started on putting money into graphics cards :icon_waterworks: :icon_waterworks:

Point is, upgrade to an SSD, I think everyone should have one -- crap, go raid0 on SSD if you really like speed, but saying you did it for Battlefield doesn't make sense...

.... I just want to add, if your load time is 4-5minutes ... something else needs upgrading, not just your hard disk ! How much RAM do you have ? --what are you system specs ?
