what exactly does it do when you try to install with all cores enabled?

stock.
all windows BSOD :D really when i start booting from windows dvd or when finish copying files and start install update and drivers.
i tried to install with one core and everything is fine and then i changed it to 4 cores and i can't access to windows, or sometime i can access but for 10 mins and all programs start to crashed and windows reboot.

i replaced motherboard, ram, psu and video card, i am still getting the same problem.

i did, I was going to buy a new cpu, but i thought i should sent it to check first and they said there's no faulty, so i think they are wrong because i changed everything.

the only other thing i could think of is boosting the voltage on the cpu.
