after all this is turned out that my windows key failed to activate and that was the problem.

I love issues like this it makes me remember the rule I had in my tech school K.I.S.S Keep it Simple Stupid, haha. I was wondering wtf was the issue I was like zomg, never seen this before. Now it ends up being a small issue.
