So I take from this comment that Biker has sent out hardware in the past with an expected payment and did not receive the payment? I don't really know the circumstances here, but I think if you promise to pay someone for something and then don't do it, that sounds like stealing. And not only are you stealing, but you are stealing from someone in the CLAN. Now, this does not make me very happy and I think that if you owe Biker money, you need to get it to him ASAP. And if you can't make the total payment, you need to get with him to figure out a payment plan or something. He is cutting us good deals and I'm not going to stand around and watch him get taken. ESPECIALLY when he pays a lions share of the bills around here.

Ultimately I would leave final punishment to Biker, but to me, this kind of BS is grounds for dismissal from the clan.

i tried to return the dead hooker... even classified as a medical cadaver and they said no!

i contacted biker dog and he was happy with the crate of fresh kittens instead.

on a serious note i agree its wrong, but we shouldnt read into things unless we have all the facts. :D

Yeppers, this is total BS! I asked BikerDog if he had a power supply for my computer build and a week later he sent me a damn good one. When I sent him his cashiers check, I made sure it was sent Priority Mail so I had a tracking number and all, also I sent the check in their big envelope as well. May have been a bit over kill as I could have just sent it to him in a regular envelope but wanted to make sure he got his money!

I am now handling this internally and if it isn't resolved, this member will be booted from the clan.

Well, if this is in fact a member, I hope that the reason they HAVEN'T paid is due to dire straits cause it's really messed up to betray a trust, even over the internet.

Well, no, I read it as (Since deferred payments didn't work in the past) I didn't assume a clan mate would be so low as to try and screw someone over, I assumed that's why we JOIN clans, to get in good with people, have fun, and if offers come up bam you have it there, sheesh, tear at me for giving clan members more decency why don'tcha =P In all honesty if it is a member thats screwing him over (Which you seem to make apparent), and not some friend of his that moved away (Which he didn't specify it wasn't) then lets disembowel him, and THEN clan kick him.

I think since T is handling this internally we shouldnt come to assumptions unless we know the facts. Yes it is wrong of the person to do what he/she is doing.

Yes it is a clan member and it is being handled.
