Ok doky, kingloser suggested running a program called Heavens Benchmark with 1 card then again with 2..so the results are as follows;

1 card-FPS=31.9
Score=803
--------------------
2 cards in Crossfire(showed Crossfire at end results so must be all good)

2 card in Crossfire-FPS=59.5
Score=1499
--------------------
I changed the refresh rate on monitor(cause I could ) to a refresh rate of 75, went in game and FPS=75(makes sense.. )
Then I went back to refresh rate of 60 again, final results are..........im sticking to 60 refresh rate and FPS 60, looks so much better at 60 then 75, even when playing with resoulution changes.( )
And the winner is....TKC...woot, I will be donating the $60 prize to our clan!

Yeah so if you wanted to have a higher fps without ruining your monitor than just get a 120hz monitor and you will be able to set it to so you can max out your fps.
