I have just released v3.0 of our candidate application form. This form has been streamlined and makes it less likely for mistakes to be made. I have eliminated the separate form for registering on the website so while there are a few more questions on the candidate form, it is the ONLY form. The registration form was asking some of the same questions and some people weren't completing it not realizing they weren't finished.

I have also removed the help page we've had for a while and that is now built into the form. Just click the help buttons next to each box (that has a help button) and you will get detailed instructions.
