Wish me luck

So I'm up for advancement tomorrow, meaning a pay raise and more pull with the Navy, kind of a big deal. For those that have/are served/serving, I'm up for E-5. The Navy does an advancement exam every 6 months and that, factored in with a yearly evaluation, college education, and award points, what determines whether or not you get advanced. I'm a little nervous but also slightly confident at the same time that I'll make it (I've got the highest points possible with my evaluation, which is the #2 highest determiner of whether you make rank or not). Unfortunately I won't know until around Thanksgiving whether I made it or not, but the worst part is tomorrow. We'll just have to wait and see how it goes

Good Luck Don!.. Don't know about the Navy promotion system.. but if its like the Air Force's I'm sure it's pretty competitive..

No interview, I had to wear my knee pads when I was getting my Eval (yearly evaluation) done, lol.
