when im playing over at squids or flems i get pissed off sometimes. and when i get pissed off i tend to say "damn it" or "damn" in chat. a couple of people have told be its a bad word. but again a couple of people have told me it's not (all in tkc). i realize that it's not filtered so im thinking it's not a bad word. is it?

whats the context

"damn" is a bad word.. but we don't filter for it so u can do it.. but i'd rather u didn't.

You're better off just screaming it at home in front of your PC or open chat and slam your hands on your keyboard! thats going to get the frustration out!

YEAH!!!! I as I've said many times.......I use my mouse as a HAMMER!!!!!!!! (HINT)..... If you slam it too hard, you may turn it off... mine has an "ON,OFF" button on the bottom of the mouse... I'm sure it goes... ON..OFF..ON..OFF..ON.. OFF, ON Oh yes.. as for the "Damn IT" and "Damn"...not good.... BAD DOG... BAD!!!!.... would it be difficult to change that to "Darn IT" or "Darn" PJ's C-Star.... It was nice playing with you Friday with your mic turned on!!! I knew you had a voice... NICE to hear you get FRUSTRATED...... JOIN THE CROUD!!! I switched from Flem's to Squids AFTER I spawned 6 times in a row in the garage and got shot in the back each time!!! PHEW!!! I had to do something... oh well, I guess that's part of the fun of the game!!

Personally what I do is curse at my dog. It takes out my frustration and teaches her to stay away from the trash can at the same time. Win.

Yeah u say darn most of the time but I slip a damn in every now or then. But I guess if you guys say it's a cuss word then I'll stop :D

So..... Like..... What does that mean, I missed your message? What are you trying to say ?? That maybe frustration equals "it's O.K. to cuss ????????????????" Please reread the rules.... make note about the part that reads.... NO CUSSING.... I think it has a PERIOD after that Good luck, Pajamas

We have the no cussing rules because we have younger visitors and people who find cussing offensive. We can all communicate effectively without the cuss words so in order to be a good citizen and not be a bad influence, we chose to enforce the no cuss rule.

That includes on the boards.

FYI if you want to cuss at me privately, feel free.
