Interesting thing i encounterd searching through the law book in my countys library. As it stands, nj state law states that you can carry a side arm in the state of New Jersey,with a 2 year carring permitt, Now heres the kicker, the police and the county judges of NJ WONT LET ANYONE CARRY A GUN. THEY CALL IT A GRAY AREA.
Isnt That great. I dont understand this, Your allowed to carry a gun in this country acording to the bill of rights everywere. But you dont have the right to drive a car its a privlige, and you need a car more than a gun generaly. so why at least make it a right to dive a car then. I dont know, i really think we need a revolution in the states that have this bull dutty of laws:) Remember, the next time someone tells you to love it or leave it. just think to yourself, hell no im going to change it. And then tell them to shove it:)

Many laws are pretty old and haven't been updated, and make a conflict to the present and some of them are pretty weird and funny you probably read some of them already:

Alabama
* It is illegal for a driver to be blindfolded while operating a vehicle.
* Dominoes may not be played on Sunday. :icon_duh:

* It is illegal to wear a fake mustache that causes laughter in church. :icon_talk:

California
* Sunshine is guaranteed to the masses. :icon_cool:

* Animals are banned from mating publicly within 1,500 feet of a tavern, school, or place of worship.
* Bathhouses are against the law. [Get the full text of this law.]
* It is a misdemeanor to shoot at any kind of game from a moving vehicle, unless the target is a whale. :icon_neutral:

* Women may not drive in a house coat.

Florida
* Women may be fined for falling asleep under a hair dryer, as can the salon owner. :icon_lol:

* A special law prohibits unmarried women from parachuting on Sunday or she shall risk arrest, fine, and/or jailing.
* If an elephant is left tied to a parking meter, the parking fee has to be paid just as it would for a vehicle.
* It is illegal to sing in a public place while attired in a swimsuit. :icon_neutral:

* Men may not be seen publicly in any kind of strapless gown.
* Having sexual relations with a porcupine is illegal. WHAT THE HELL??? :icon_question:

* It is illegal to skateboard without a license.
* When having sex, only the missionary position is legal. THAT SUCKS! :icon_mad:

GLAD I'M NOT IN FLORIDA JUST FOR THAT

New York
* A fine of $25 can be levied for flirting. This old law specifically prohibits men from turning around on any city street and looking "at a woman in that way." A second conviction for a crime of this magnitude calls for the violating male to be forced to wear a "pair of horse-blinders" wherever and whenever he goes outside for a stroll.
* It is against the law to throw a ball at someone's head for fun.
* A license must be purchased before hanging clothes on a clothesline.
* The penalty for jumping off a building is death. OMG THAT'S A CRUEL PENALTY! :icon_crazy:

Louisiana
*It is illegal to rob a bank and then shoot at the bank teller with a water pistol

Texas
* It is illegal to take more than three sips of beer at a time while standing.
* It is illegal to drive without windshield wipers. You don't need a windshield, but you must have the wipers.
* It is illegal for one to shoot a buffalo from the second story of a hotel. :icon_neutral:

* It is illegal to milk another person's cow.
* A recently passed anticrime law requires criminals to give their victims 24 hours notice, either orally or in writing, and to explain the nature of the crime to be committed.
* The entire Encyclopedia Britannica is banned in Texas because it contains a formula for making beer at home. LOL

I'm not exactly sure what states these next laws are in, but I read about them in the Book Of Useless Information.

It is illegal to urinate in an elevator :icon_neutral:

It's illegal to carry ice cream in your back pocket. (okayyyyyyyy)

Here we go i found a site with stupid laws. BTW this could take a while to read, so make sure you have time, then sit back and enjoy the stupid laws.

Alabama
Bear wrestling matches are prohibited. :icon_lol:

Incestuous marriages are legal. :icon_eek:

You may not drive barefooted.
It is considered an offense to open an umbrella on a street, for fear of spooking horses.
It is illegal to sell peanuts in Lee County after sundown on Wednesday.
Putting salt on a railroad track may be punishable by death. :icon_neutral:

Boogers may not be flicked into the wind.
It is legal to drive the wrong way down a one-way street if you have a lantern attached to the front of your automobile.
You may not have an ice cream cone in your back pocket at any time. (ahh thats where it's from)

Alaska
Moose may not be viewed from an airplane. :icon_neutral:

While it is legal to shoot bears, waking a sleeping bear for the purpose of taking a photograph is prohibited.
It is considered an offense to push a live moose out of a moving airplane.
No one may tie their pet dog to the roof of a car.
Clowns beware! (no seriously, that's it) WTF?!
It is considered an offense to feed alcoholic beverages to a moose.
Owners of flamingos may not let their pet into barber shops. :icon_neutral:

Persons may not allow “attractive nuisances” to exist. :icon_lol:

Arizona
There is a possible 25 years in prison for cutting down a cactus.
Donkeys cannot sleep in bathtubs. :icon_neutral:

When being attacked by a criminal or burglar, you may only protect yourself with the same weapon that the other person posseses.
It is unlawful to refuse a person a glass of water.
You may not have more than two dildos in a house. (seriously....WHY?!?!?!?) :icon_eek:

It is illegal to smoke cigarettes within 15 feet of a public place unless you have a Class 12 liqueur license.

Arkansas
The Arkansas River can rise no higher than to the Main Street bridge in Little Rock.
A law provides that school teachers who bob their hair will not get a raise.
A man can legally beat his wife, but not more than once a month.

Alligators may not be kept in bathtubs.
It is illegal to kill “any living creature”. (yes, this counts for bugs too.)

I am sure Obama's administration will make it even harder to get a gun. Get em while you still can. I wish I had the money for a semi-auto rifle right now. I am sure they will be re-outlawed soon.

So far they have avoided tightening up the laws but I'm also distrustful due to previous actions from Democrat leaders and after seeing the harsh anti-2nd ammendment laws that Obama has contributed to in Illinois. Right now is not that bad of a time to buy an AR15 style rifle or an AK47 if you want one. They are cheaper than they were a few months ago but still not nearly as cheap as they were 2 years ago. I'm astounded when I see a gun that I put together for around $600 at the beginning of 2008 selling for $1000 today.

I'm glad I bought my AR-15 back then. It's a fun gun. I'm about to mount a light on it. It's a Rock River Arms CAR upper mounted on a Stag lower. I mounted a front pistol-style grip on it and I use Magpul polymer mags.
