The whole bunch of problems thread

ok, so ever since a couple weeks ago i have seen many flaws in the servers and i thought it would be nice to report them, i don't know if you guys know about them or not but here we go.
1) the chat filter is down. it says "swearing is not allowed" but it lets the word through. to me this is a huge problem.
2) the motd page for big flems is not right at all. it shows t3's boom boom room stats not big flems. (just figured this one out recently)
3) the people who play are out of control. the last couple of weeks ive seen way too many ignorant people who refuse to stop cursing and i really can't do anything about it at all because no admins are on. ive seen stuff from people saying the f word over and over and refusing to stop to people saying hitler was the best and asking if anyone else was a nazzi like that user was. to fix this problem i would suggest having more admins (wheres eyerock anyway?) and to fix problem #1.
4)the spam filter doesn't work. it says "stop spamming the server" but it lets the text through. just like the profanity filter.

1) I knew about, but I went ahead and just tried to fix it. I'm not sure why it isn't working as it should be. However the bad word filter was smaller than that of squids (not sure how since I try to keep all the servers consistent) so I went ahead and moved all those words to the filter for squids. You should see less swearing now.
2) Yes, for some reason I have a big_flem.html and big_flems.html, one is correct, the other isn't. I was referencing the wrong motd. It will be fixed on map change or server restart.
3) No more admins. You can't control every last thing that happens on the server. We do our best but we don't need anymore admins right now.
4) I'm not sure there is a spam filter, we just tell people not to spam. There is probably a setting that says people can't post a msg so many times in so many seconds, once again maybe something is or was up with the mani config, we'll see.

I know that you don't want anymore admins, I'm just saying that the people on the server are out of control now, and it feels like no one is there to stop them.
On flems server there isn't a spam filter but if you message something too many times it says [SM] you are flooding the server
on squids if you message like 3 rimes in 5 seconds (something like that) it says stop spamming the server, if you do it more then it says [SM] you are flooding the server but they are both down . Just letting you know :D

I think may be some one is playing with the sever ,i don't kow if that is pssible because we have more crashes than ever before

I don't know but something certainly wrong

actually the swearing thing isn't fixed, neither is the spam filter, and the motd page is no longer there. is says error not found something like " motds/motd/big_flem.html not found"

Ok they motd should be fixed on map change or server restart and I set up spam as it is on squids. Word filter should be working.. not sure why it's not. If they are saying words that I haven't filtered then it would get thru, but the common cuss words should be blocked.

The nits now works, the profanity and spam ate still not working but now in flems it says stop spamming the server ( just like squids) but it still let's everything go through

MOTD's should be showing correct HLstatsX info on next restart or map change.
The setting on flems for spam is u can't post a msg more than 1 ever 1.5 seconds.

MOTD's and filters should be working and correct. I couldn't figure out why mani's word filter wasn't working so i just turned it off on all 3 hl2dm servers and replaced it with a sourcemod plugin instead. I will probably do the same for SPAM soon. It's all good anyway because this would move us to like just 1 or 2 plugins for sourcemod's away from being able to get rid of mani altogether.
