Click the link just under the banner that says we are recruiting, it will take you to the application

After applying, you are not automatically a member. We have to see you participating in our forums, on our server and on teamspeak. Then, after a few weeks (or a month, idk) we vote if you become a member or not.

To add to this, you should get an email stating you can wear the (tkc) tags. Every couple weeks you get to add one capital letter. If you are voted into the clan then you get to wear the (TKC) tags.
