    About Running linux & Deathmatch

    Does that work well T3 do you know ? anybody else know ? :icon_arrow: .. Im considering using linux on one computer and whatever the latest build is and Im hearing that HL Deathmatch can be played on it. But if so how well .. I mean graphics wise ?
    And about viruses are there really none to worry about with that kind of OS ?

    I don't know how it runs on linux. If you have to use WINE to make it work then it probably doesn't run all that well but I really don't have a clue. Windows has been and remains the best OS for gaming.

    Ya I dont know either.. it appears wine is perhaps the only way and Im not seeing good posts on that really.. some say that deathmatch looks much darker. Too dark. Im Using 64 bit Vista and got to say it works very well. Windows 7 is out 10/22. Preorder of that now is half price. Thanks for your input I think its best to just continue using windows but ive always been curious about Linux.

    Your welcome, but i think you need Linux installed first to follow the instructions so it may not be that useful
