Anyone Getting Skyrim?

The trailer has been there for a while, but i havent heard anyone in TKC talk about it. Is anyone else pumped? The Elder Scrolls series is one of my favorite series(Up there with Deus Ex in my book). I put a couple hundred hours into Oblivion and can proudly boast that i beat the main story line, as well as a lot of the other stuff .

I plan on getting it at some point here, i played elder scrolls 3, as well as oblivion, liked both of them for not only the gameplay but the freestyle rpg play, the only limit on what you could do is what you can survive doing.

I'll most likely starve to death when this comes out. The Elder Scrolls has always been my favourite games.
Already started stacking up pizza and coke for this, but I'm afraid i might burn down the house forgetting a pizza in the oven or as i mentioned i might simply just forget to eat.

I really liked oblivion, played it for a long time until my save game got corrupted at least 2/3's of the way through the main story... the location I had to go to disappeared and was replaced with yellow block question marks in water, the main issue was that the doorway was a couple hundred feet above water level at that point (so it was unreachable): probably a bad hard drive issue.

I don't think I'll have any time to play skyrim though.

Played Morrowind until I couldn't do anything but list off quest rewards and skills sets, then played Oblivion until I could do nothing but quote the game religiously and know glitch fixes by heart through console to fix my stuff, tcl to fix getting randomly stuck as well as calling npc's to locations they seem to not want to come to =P I all ready pre-ordered Skyrim and am waiting to see my Khajit assassin in action

I will get it.. love the series. Great graphics, game play, voice acting and the music is always great.

could never get into the elder scrolls series either. can't say the same for my dad though (he's the og when it comes to gaming). i pre ordered a copy for him for one of his many ps3's.

Havent played any of the games

When I saw a 20 minute developer gameplay show, they let someone play it while they answered all the questions, they came up on a scene in a clock tower, and the guy casted Slow time, and Lightning, he got a sneak attack critical and sent the enemy flying, thinking it might have been scripted he loaded the game and tried it again only to watch the enemy die, but drop dead as opposed to flying out of the tower, Completely unscripted fights, INCLUDING DRAGON FIGHTS is what sold me to get this 150%
