She killed her daughter.....IMO....and got away with it......she should be shunned by all civilized society.

This saddens me way beyond the topic of the "Anthony's".

You would have had to be around, as an adult, through the 60's - 80's to have my perspective (Kennedy assainations, Vietnam, Kent State, Watergate, Pentagon papers, Chicago 7, Hanoi Jane) as to the devolution of our social construct, and the systematic bastardization of the constitution.

Everyone thinks she killed her daughter...nobody's going to believe her no matter what she says. The ONLY reason she walked out of this is because they could not prove she did it. It doesn't mean she didn't do it, it just means that she covered it up REALLY well.

Well, people get away with things, if she even committed the crime. Tons of people just get away with their illegal actions due to lacking evidence. It happens. Sure she's quite the a-hole if she disliked her daughter enough to learn of the occurrence and not reveal it for months later, if that's what happened... So you people can continue to create facebook mob pages and pout at a court decision, but think a bit. What if she didn't have any knowledge of it? May she not have been aware of a pool's opaque color, or was she mislead by a different acquaintance in the act of murder if it were? We could very well be spitting on a person who did nothing wrong, and due to being in the wrong place at the wrong time, has to serve in prison.

well all i got to say is this they way she acted and the evidence doesnt lie its just the matter that the body wasnt found until later and because of that and having a bigger defense means she gets to murder and walk away. and i am beside Biker on this one i wasnt around for everything but my mother was she is almost older than all your mothers and shes see it all even the great depression. but people like her are the reason people like me are in the situations that i am in, so on that note shes a murderer.

i didnt follow this case so i cant necessarily comment specifically on it, however my comments will be about our judicial system as a whole. I think that our judicial system is becomming a joke.

We had a person in wisconsin (my state) that tortured and killed someones dog. Before i say anythign more ill tell u im a dog person. Now he got 12 years in prison. I think he should definately got jail time. But 12 years for killing a dog is horrible. Michael Vick killed dozens and got 2 years. Anyway, there was a 15 year old killed by a drunk driver who blew a stop sign. And how long does the drunk a-hole get? 10 yrs but with good behavior prob 5. This kinda stuff is playing out everywhere.

Look at that football player who ran over and killed that guy (i think in Florida?) and got nothign NOTHING.

I think we need to take a hard look at our Judicial system and pull our heads out of our butts. Maybe do something like singapore (caning a dude for stealing a cd player) or more like the middle east. You kill someone u die plain and simple. Now that might be extreme and there could be arguments. Losing control on ice covered roads kinda thing. Im mainly talking about the this guy shot that guy kind of murders or drunk driving murders. To me if you get drunk and then get in a car it should be premeditated murder or homicide at the least. not this manslaughter or negligent homicide crap.

Sorry to rant but im kinda young (30) and i see the kids coming up the way they are and it disturbs me. Knowing they can get away with crap and you cant threaten,spank or do anything to them cause they'll call the police on you. I'll be the first to tell you that the few cuff's upside the head or kicks to the backside i got were deserved and appreciated.

It's her right to have a baby if she wants no body can't take it away.
