    those are explosive rounds used for taking out aircrafts, why there not used? hitting a jet with a bullet (Hard) thats why they use heat seeking missles now

    He said most powerful gun a Civilian could own, WTF, what moron would sell a civilian one of those. No practical purpose for a civilian to even have access to something like that. Guess that's what happens when your government goes tits up and needs money, they will sell anything to anyone. But still pretty freaking awesome.
