    Firefox 4.0 beta 10

Ok, all you Chrome (and Firefox) lovers, this browser is AMAZING. It utilizes GPU acceleration. Meaning it uses your graphics card to speed up page load times and in-browser flash objects and games and such. For Chrome users, it looks almost identical to Chrome, and performs on par if not better. When I would play flash games my CPU processing would go up and down with Chrome. Using FF 4.0 beta 10, it stays idle nearly all the time and my GPU is on a constant 3% load when flash is being used, which results in near-instant page loads and games run WAY smoother. Try it out! Oh, and FRAPS is always showing my FPS in FF now...lol. GPU acceleration and all that. :icon_razz:

Is there an option to install it without hosing you're current install? I don't want to lose my plugins.

Yeah it default installs to "Mozilla Firefox 4.0 Beta 10" instead of your current folder.

    Re: Firefox 4.0 beta 10

I've been using FF4.0 for a couple weeks now and like it a lot. I've used chrome for the last 2 years and I do like FF4.0 more. But maybe that's cause chrome doesn't work with my school's student login for housing and grades and such (it only works with IE or FF, it messes up with any other browser).

Sometimes measuring the bottleneck can be interpreted in so many ways. The only Thing ATI can render better then Nvidia is BSoD.

umm....then how do you know you don't like it...if you've never tried it...lol. Even 3.6 is better than Chrome in some respects. Like how it processes flash items a lot better. YouTube and flash games run better on FF for me. Also, apps. don't have those in Chrome :P

Actually you do have apps in chrome :P
I like how chrome is user friendly and has search built into the address bar but I have to admit that FF 4.0 is pretty dame fast.
