I cannot connect to any server at all. I continue to receive a quick disconnect and a message reading "The server you are trying to connect to is running an older version of the game."

Does anyone know how to fix this? It's ridiculous to not only fail to play a game, but for the developer's faults, not a player's.

That happens on all Source games now. When an update is launched, the server has to be updated to work with the update.
Happens in CSS too.

Yeah, I discovered it takes a day to two days for it to work properly.
