Today 12/13/2010 AMD/ATI released their new catalyst 10.12

ok I know I'm reviving an old thread, but do NOT get this catalyst. It's horrible right now. they said it was a preview for a reason. I can't play ANYTHING above 40 frames per second after installing this. reverting back to 10.11

yeah, it was the catalyst alright. I'm back at 10.11 and everything runs like they used to.

Because you have to download the Catalyst Software Suite (32 bit) or (64 bit) English Only, not the AMD Catalyst 10.12 – Featuring the AMD Catalyst 10.12 Preview for Windows 7– Featuring the new Catalyst Control Center, it's not complete, it's a preview

tried that too. same results. I'm sticking with 10.11
