Anyone play NFS?

I'm just wondering if there's anyone that plays NFS titles like the new Hot Pursuit. I know this clan is focused around FPS's but I was just wondering if I get the game if I could add anyone to the friends list. Otherwise I'll just be blindly racing against really random folks. I've played all the NFS titles since the original w/R&T SE and I really like what the new one has to offer.

Ive played Carbon, Underground, and have Pro Street on my PC. Its good stuff.

i actually used to like Burnout more, i did play some NFS, but Hot Pursuit looks awesome! (cause its made by criterion now<---makers of burnout). I might get it.

ProStreet SUCKED. CARBON AND UNDERGROUND 2 FTW.

I've played almost every one of the games, not just since underground and they all have their ups and downs. The top 3 for me, in order, are Most Wanted, Need For Speed SE (w/Road & Track) and Shift. But even then, Underground, UG2, Carbon, PS, NFS3HP, and High Stakes all come in about equal and then my least favorite is World (it added nothing, only merged old maps). I've played a couple more, like HP2 but never owned it and never played Porsche Unleashed.

I might be getting the new Hot Pursuit as a gift for christmas, unless I buy it for myself before then

Burnout is in my opinion king of arcade racers, but Hot Pursuit looks awesome! Used to love the older ones

nothing nfs delivers excellent control and handling with great graphic, it feels like a good hybrid of the best parts of burnout and the classic feel of nfs.

I just bought it on steam since they finally added it (I couldn't find the pc version in stores around me). I'll have to add you in game however that works... its downloading now and it should be just another 15 min till I can race!

I want this so bad. looks SOOO cool. only thing is I need a gamepad for racing games. lol.
