Val3ntin3 - Campaign Department Manager
Posted: Sun Oct 10, 2010 7:39 pmNot too long ago TKC created our Campaign Department whose responsibility was to bring in new recruits and to advertise our servers, etc. Unfortunately we've had some problems with recruiters who were too busy to really help out and thus far we haven't seen many results. I thought it would be a good idea if we brought in someone to take over that department. Someone whose job was solely focused on recruiting and advertising. This would allow me to focus on other things and it gives the leaders a chance to give some responsibility of the clans success to another member.
This is YOUR clan. I help run it, but its success does not begin and end with me, at least it shouldn't. We need to have members who want to help the clan grow and remain active in the gaming community. After some thought, the name I took to the leaders was Val3ntin3. This is a member who has shown his enthusiasm for TKC and I couldn't think of a better person to help lead the campaign department. So please join me in congratulating Val3ntine on his new appointment as Campaign Department Manager.
Val3ntin3 has the power to hire AND fire from the Campaign Dept, and has all power he needs to make it a productive part of TKC. Once again, congrats Val3ntin3!
