RIP HL2:DM - CURSE YOU VALVE!

In an earlier topic, bman said something about how steam got updated
well, it turns out that they "updated [s](screwed up)[/s]" HL2DM
to the CSS, DOD and TF2 source engine.
It is more buggy and glitchy then EVER before.
Sprint only works half of the time, Bunny hopping doesn't work too much anymore and Worst of all, my fps dropped from 200+ to 50! I CAN BARELY PLAY!
ON TOP OF THAT, YOU CANT EVEN CHANGE YOUR NAME! (unless thru console)
Now, all of the servers i play on are laggy, i used to get 20-35 ping on all of them, now its jumped up to 90-150!
And now, Flems is always empty, and no one can connect, as soon i click "connect", nothing happens
T3, you may have to restart the server for it to update all of the new files.

Restart didn't work.

I just tried playing the game after update.. it's pretty bad. I think it's the end of HL2DM. Hope you boys have some other games to play.

Unless valve gets some common sense back in that to revert the servers, no.

Some people can play fine, but some other people on the steam forums are complaining about delayed sprint and b hopping, Im getting that too, hen i press crouch or sprint, its delayed by a few seconds

go to options and turn down your vid settings. it turned everything all the way up for me
