    September 15 Microsoft released his new internet explorer 9 but it's the Beta. :)

    interesting. ill give it a try but i find it hard to believe any browser will draw me away from Firefox.

    and after these test results, I understand why. lol. Techgage did a test on the top 5 browsers to see which was the fastest in page load times and used Mozilla Kraken to benchmark them.

    Yeah, firefox is definitely the one to use, IE always seemed clunky. Unfortunately some platforms require it, especially in trading. Has anybody been lucky enough to remove it from the OS?

    The new one is good, there is a lot of good things you can do with it: If you are using more than one tab in one page, you can take one of them out like a new page and this one of the new features of the new IE 9. :)

    hence, "prerelease." it's only available to beta testers.

    To bad Chrome can't correctly cache two different images with the same name. Poor thing gets all confused.

    Microsoft will release the fulll version of the IE 9 in the sec. week of oct. 2010 if there is no hitch. :)

    i have not use ie since '06
    used firefox for a couple years
    now i use chrome and have for 1yr/5 and have not looked back
    but i did read that over 2 million people d/led BETA in first couple days
