Newer SSD's are implementing a technology called TRIM. unlike regular hard drives and SSD's, where if you delete something you can use a data recovery tool to get it back, on a TRIM-enabled SSD, when you delete the data, it's gone. for good. no recovery possible.

I like that they are finally getting to where when you click to delete stuff, if actually gets deleted. Who would've ever thought that would happen...
But the Chinese gov't probably has cracked the algorithm and has banned those hard drives from being used because of the possibility that they may not know EVERYTHING anyone in china does. So I hope those SSD's are made somewhere other than China!
