Posted: Sun May 23, 2010 12:23 amNo the content was great, they just should have gotten someone besides Sylvester Stallone to play the main part. He was great back in the day, but now he's just old and kind of getting fat.

It kind of came along with a Sylvester come-back if you will. Because he also did another Rocky movie that added to the original's.

Much better than the one before it... of course they will never really compare to 1 and 2 which to me were more artsy and had better stories. Starting with Rocky 3 they turned into popcorn movies.. which is fine too. hah

Posted: Tue May 25, 2010 2:15 amI actually thought the last Rocky was better than the first one. I realize the first one won an academy award but I thought that was a joke. It was so cheeseball. I can't believe it beat out Taxi Driver for best pic.
Rocky Balboa though was solid. Stallone can be good at times. Copland was probably his best.
