No goals required, the only goal is to stay healthy and attract women, in his case he's already married, so i'll say he just wants to be healthy and look cool right man?

I'm a budy builder too, i build my belly each time more when i drink beer, i'm gonna do a lot of body building this weekend :icon_crazy:

I stick with the more functional lifting myself, but that is what best fits my Brazilian jiu jitsu training. I am all about calisthenics and when using weights I go for higher reps.

All this body stuff sounds like a lot of work! **PHEW** Once yopu start, don't you have to eat all that high protein powder stuff ? .... And buy a mixer to make liquid meals?? Please pass the steak and potatoes and the warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream :icon_teeth: :) PJ's

That is my problem PJ's. Besides not lifting enough I just do not intake enough calories and protein to gain weight. I wold have to work out 5 times a week and eat at least 3000 calories a day consistently if I wanted to gain. I do want to do that and have done it before but I am just too busy with a full time job and graduate school. That is why I just focus on maintaining decent muscular strength and endurance, cardio, and flexibility to help with jiu jitsu.

no ,i am no like the other body builders ,i'm just a normal guy ,i do my exercices every days minimum ,i could spend 2 ,3 or 4 hours ,the good thing about it ,i don't have to go out 'cause i have every thing at my house in my basement (all the equipements) ,i eat every thing Mcdonald ,burgerking ,i do it 'cause i like it and if i don't i feel like i miss some thing ,it is like i didn't eat all day long or i had some thing verry important to do but i didn't do it . :icon_happy: :)

I am working 40 hours minimum a week ,i have two girls but i have time to do all of that it is simple ,if you like that you are going to do your best to have a few time for it ,because the same way you need to eat it is the same for your body it needs to be feed too .I am 6,3'' height and 180 pounds it is not about calories and protein but mental endurance bro . :)
