been busy makin some music..

I actually make all of my stuff on Beatmaker. I have also used the free Vienna Soundfont Studio with an M-Audio Keystudio 49 to create some of the samples which I transferred to Beatmaker (such as the cello samples on Zeked). I love the Beatmaker layout and interface.

got a new track up on my sound cloud. if you ever saw the movie Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy you should be able to appreciate the audio sample used throughout.

this was my first attempt at using an audio sample within the SW i use. i took the sample straight out of the movie, cropped the part i wanted, then, using Ableton's incredibly intuitive audio editor, warped the individual sections of audio within the measure to match the BPM (140 beats per minute). im discovering more and more everday how much potential is behind this program, its simply incredible.

Cool cool man. I was always into music, was even a minor in music during my undergrad, but I just never had the motivation to play by myself or the right people around me to jam with. Oh well, keep up the hard work.
