I can get up to 28mb/s it normally is anywhere between 15-28.

Yep, here's what I've got. Would be nice to have a higher upload but I can't complain. Sad thing is the connection out of state to Richmond was lower ping and faster download than connecting to Wilson, maybe 55 miles away. I guess they could use some new infrastructure 'round here.
