NICE analogy

thanks,
I dont really have too much of a problem with ATI GPUs as much as before 2010, like you stated. They're actually a really good price, and great for gaming. AMD definately hit the gaming market. Nvidia...I have no idea what market they're trying to hit right now...I find that they keep going between the gaming market and the graphic editing market.... But I'm stuck with them for 2 reasons(otherwise i'd probably get a 6950) 1. My Mobo chipset is Nvidia Nforce 680i LT and 2. Most programs I have take advantage of Nvidia Cuda, and only 1 of the programs I have supports ATi Stream.... Quite frankly, I recommended an ATi GPU to my friend recently...They're fine for gaming, but not for graphic designing, Video Rendering, etc... I use various apps like Photoshop CS5 Extended to Premiere Pro CS5 to Roxio Creator Suite to Pinnacle and a lot more...

Sometimes measuring the bottleneck can be interpreted in so many ways. The only Thing ATI can render better then Nvidia is BSoD.
