    Moved out...

    Now I have moved away from home, and are now staying in a single room to get close to school. The boardband here is about 3.5Mbit/s compared to the 14Mbit i had before. I will therefore not be playing so much on TKC servers due to high ping...

    Isnt that quite alot? I will come home in the weekends, but when Im on school, ill be getting a lot of homework, so I will maby be around 2hrs a week on TKC servers... I wont be playing much at all.

    I don't think ping will be a real problem...I play on TKC servers with 25 ping and I have a 1Mbit/s line.

    Crim's right. Bandwidth doesn't really have much to do with ping. As long as the latency's the same, it should be the same playing at home and at school. You'll never know until you try.

    Have tried on some norwegian and sweedish servers.. I get around 180-250 ping...

    on tkc servers my ping is also 200, just because of the distance, cause the servers in west europe, there i have ping of 60

    But are you guys talking about ping ingame or in the server list, cuz i get from 40-70 ping there, and 150 on TKC servers...

    my ping in the list on tkc servers is like 40 - 60, ingame on low graphics its almost 200, on high 350
