    Like Father, Like Son.

Mike Portnoy is the INSANELY skilled drummer for Dream Theater. Guess what? His 11-year-old son can play too. AND HE ROCKS. :icon_eek:

Here's a video of Mike and his son playing Avenged Sevenfold's song "Nightmare"

I played drums for 14 years & most people can't fathom the dedication it takes to play drums the way this guy does. I had to stop as I got older because of the calorie burn you have to sustain to do these double kick exercises. He has excellent 4 way independence too, very difficult !!
