    speedfan always reads my HDD at that temp. every comp i've ever had it read it like that. might be a glitch in the program.

    well according to my speedfan, my two HDD levels are at 24C and 28C at idle. i'm still not sure what Temp1 is.

    but now i think about it, i should try to unplug one of my HDD to see if thats problem. I have two HDD on my computer, one which was from a previous computer.

    and DonJuan, i'm actually only using two of the USB ports, one for keyboard, and the other for the wireless mouse sensor.

    Word, let us know if unplugging the HDD makes a difference.
