ok so in a nutshell, Family Guy did an episode in which Chirs takes a metally challanged girl out on a date, she remarks that her mother is the former Gov. or Alaska. Palin responded with critisism. the "gold" i refer to is the response that the actress, who played chis's love interest, made to Palins remarks.
