Cimi_the_Legend use of aimbot

On 14/04/2018 at ~7:30 PM I hopped in the TKC Battlefield 3 server. After finishing a match on Caspian (http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/ba ... 395354014/)(http://bf3stats.com/report/pc/91330845), The map changed to Firestorm. I soloed the Viper for awhile until I was sniped out of the cockpit during a heli duel by Cimi_the_Legend using a M98B from the hill immediately south of the RU base. I gave it little thought, expecting it to be a wildly lucky shot. However, a few minutes later I was again sniped out of the cockpit with one shot, this time while flying out of the US spawn by Cimi_the_Legend in the Pantsir-S1. I was now suspicious. Fast forwards another few minutes, I was pulling out of a dive after rocket pass on their transport heli when I realized that the Havoc was following me; I turned the Viper around and was again shot out with one round from the Havoc's cannon, again it was Cimi_the_Legend. This time I had enough. I flew out of spawn and readied a TV, but I couldn't find the Havoc, so I launched it at a lone sniper on the hill in front of the RU spawn. Turns out I killed Cimi_the_Legend. Probably angry, he immediately jumped in a jet and flew head on with me, I fired a TV but I was shot out once again with one burst from the Flanker. After this final encounter, I promptly left.

Please evalute his actions and provide an appropriate response, the TKC server is my preferred BF3 server at the moment and I would like to keep it that way.
